Offer is available on applications submitted between February 14th 2022 and April 30th, 2022. This promotion is not applicable to existing Freedom Credit Union mortgages and cannot be used to refinance existing debt held with Freedom Credit Union. Offer is eligible for Primary and Secondary residences only. Investment properties and commercial properties are not eligible for this promotion. Rates and terms are based on credit criteria and are subject to change. The minimum approved loan amount is $50,000, up to $647,200. Promotional rebate will be equivalent to 1% of the new loan amount. If the account is in good standing, a single payment of 1% of the new loan amount will be deposited into the savings account of the Primary Member on the loan by the 15th of the following month.
