The 2022 Scholarship Winners are Here!
Every year, three qualified students are awarded $2,000 to help them further their education. Scholarship applicants must meet specific qualifications for consideration and must submit a 500-word essay on a specific topic chosen by the Freedom Credit Union Scholarship Committee.
As we thank and support all our applicants, this year’s local area student recipients have now been selected to receive their own educational scholarships! Each winner will receive $2,000 to be used for educational expenses.
We are pleased to recognize the 2022 recipients as follows:
- Christopher Pelc from Morrisville, Pennsylvania, will continue his studies at West Chester University majoring in Forensic Chemistry.
- Jem Morris from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will continue her studies at Temple University majoring in English.
- Lily Sky Mandel from Jamison, Pennsylvania, will be attending Pitzer College with a major in Environmental Analysis.
Congratulations to the winners and a special thank you to all of the Members who entered. We enjoyed reading your essays and wish you all the best in you academic future!
