*Membership eligibility required.  Members will receive a maximum of up to $200 per new member relationship.  The incentive is only for new member accounts, not new accounts for existing members or joint members and is based on account openings, not applications.  Each person can only be a new member once.  Must be 18 years or older at the time the account is opened.  All criteria must be met and/or completed within 60 days of account opening.  In order to qualify for the additional Direct Deposit incentive, new member must make two payroll Direct Deposits within the 60-day period and the total of the Direct Deposits must be at least $100.  Qualifying payroll Direct Deposits are defined as paychecks, Social Security payments and pension payments.  If criteria is met and new member account is in good standing, incentive will be paid on the first day following the 60-day period.  The annual percentage yield (APY) on Freedom’s Primary Savings account is 0.50%.  The rate listed is the rate that the Credit Union anticipates paying as of 11/01/24.  Fees may reduce earnings.  Rates subject to change without notice and may change after account is opened.  $5 is required to open and maintain a Primary Savings account and to be eligible to receive up to $200 in new member incentives.  The incentive will be a taxable dividend on the 1099 Form we will send you in January.  Payment of taxes on incentive will be the responsibility of the recipient.  Offer is subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer.  Federally insured by NCUA.

**Rocketbook digital notebooks are provided only during school-related events where Freedom Credit Union is physically present and actively tabling. These events may include new hire orientations, teacher conferences, and other school-hosted gatherings. Rocketbooks are not distributed when opening an account or through any other promotion. To receive a Rocketbook, teachers must attend an eligible event where Freedom Credit Union is on-site.

Likewise, if you receive an unexpected email or text message containing suspicious links, it is best to not click on any links and delete the message.
